We believe that the best food is produced within sight of our kitchen. The restaurants at Blackfish Resort source fresh produce and poultry from our own farm and sustainably harvested seafood from local waters, with menus changing with the seasonal harvest. Specialty bread from the in-house bakery, Fraser River salmon from our smokehouse, and craft beer from Blackfish Brewing typify our offerings.
Stop by the tapas bar for a cocktail with a view before dinner at our fine dining restaurant. For something a little more casual, Blackfish Brewery & Gastropub showcases the best local craft beers, including our own, as well as live entertainment.
Wedding and outdoor celebrations will be offered in the warm weather months on the south lawn of the resort, all with a panoramic view of the Salish Sea.
In addition, any event hosted at the resort or in town can be catered by our culinary artists and staff to bring a touch of class to your proceedings.
